Datuk Loo Ngin Kong

Founder & Executive Chairman


Datuk Loo Ngin Kong is the founder of Ngin Kong Group of Companies, a Sabah-based conglomerate focused on oil palm plantations, palm oil mills, and real estate.

With decades of experience in plantation development and palm oil milling, he led the establishment of NKG’s upstream assets and helped build its reputation as a regional supplier.

Over his career, Datuk Loo has held leadership roles in plantation companies and has been recognized for his contributions to the sector, including involvement in listed entities and industry initiatives.

As Group Chairman and owner, he continues to provide overall direction and stewardship for Ngin Kong Group and its subsidiaries, including the Beaufort, Pitas, and Sungai Sugut mills.

Wong Siew Ying

Executive Director


Wong Siew Ying was appointed as Executive Director on 31 January 2002.

She has played an instrumental role in the expansion of the Natural group of companies over the last 20 years and her areas of responsibility includes managing the Group’s financial affairs, project funding requirements and credit management.

Loo Pang How

Executive Director


Loo Pang How actively oversees the Group’s daily operations across its extensive agricultural estates and milling facilities in Sabah.

The focus of this portfolio centers on driving operational efficiency, upholding workplace safety standards, maintaining product quality, and ensuring responsible land stewardship across upstream palm oil assets.
